Filled sweet rolls

350 grams of all-purpose flour
250 grams of margarine
1 pinch of salt
1 spoon of vinegar
9 spoons of water
1 yolk


Filling:
400 ml milk
1 package of vanilla pudding powder
250 g of butter
3 spoons of icing sugar

100 g of cooking chocolate

Put all ingredients on a pastry board and prepare dough. Roll the dough out and shape it into a rectangle. Cut it up to little rectangles and wrap them around little metal tubes. Put them (joint down) on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius. Keep an eye on them, so that you know when they're done.
Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath. Dip the ends of the cooled-down rolls in the chocolate, put them on baking paper and wait until the chocolate hardens. You can prepare the vanilla filling in the meantime.
Cook thick pudding from the milk and powder. Do not forget to stir it while it cools off. In a mixing bowl whip butter and sugar. Spoon after spoon, add pudding and mix it in the sugar and butter. Whip until the cream is smooth.
Put the cream in a confectionery bag and fill the rolls with the cream from both sides.
